Instructions before ordering FTP water tanks

1. The FTP water tank is designed and manufactured to store room temperature drinking water. Please do not store hot water or other liquids (if you need to store hot water, please indicate before ordering, and we will provide you with a heating water tank);

2. The water tank capacity can be freely selected from 0.125M3 to 1000M3; The water tank adopts a standard plate combination method, and there are usually three types of standard plate specifications: 1000mm × 1000mm, 1000mm × 500mm, 500mm × 500mm, so the design size of the water tank cannot be continuously changed, and should be designed with 500mm as the modulus;

3. The bottom of the water tank should be equipped with a 300mm to 500mm high concrete foundation, and there should be no less than 500mm assembly and maintenance space around and at the top of the water tank; The direction of the concrete foundation should consider the convenience of sewage discharge according to the pipe;

4. The concrete foundation of the water tank shall be constructed by the water tank purchaser. The requirements for the construction error of the concrete foundation plane are: the allowable deviation of levelness shall not exceed 2mm, and the deviation of diagonal length shall not exceed 20mm;

5. Standard accessories for water tanks include: inlet pipe flange, outlet pipe flange, overflow pipe flange, sewage pipe flange, vent hole, manhole, internal and external ladder, etc. The positions of all connecting pipe openings can be specified on site, but the relevant pipe diameter and quantity should be explained in advance when ordering by the user;

6. The insulation of the water tank can be made of foam materials that completely match the box or other materials required by the user as a whole. If there are special requirements, please notify separately in advance.
